A dedicated volunteer since 2018, Debra now serves as the Chairwoman of the Volunteer Subcommittee and is a member of the Unbridled Planning Committee. Debra brings to Unbridled more than two decades of experience in nonprofit executive leadership. From her time at the American Heart Association and March of Dimes to her senior leadership roles at the National MS Society, she has consistently been recognized for cultivating volunteer teams, driving fundraising results, and developing strategic plans that scale impact.
Her specialty? Bridging grassroots passion with big-picture strategy—whether it’s securing six-figure corporate gifts or managing multi-market teams across the country. At Unbridled, this expertise elevates every event and strengthens our foundation’s ability to serve.

Outside her work in nonprofits, Debra is also the creative force behind Eichendesign, a handcrafted brand known for its “punk rock, but sweet” aesthetic. Her artistry has blossomed into a thriving maker community, where she mentors thousands of local creatives and entrepreneurs through her group, Handmade Mamas of Louisville. This creative spirit infuses her work with Unbridled, bringing flair, originality, and a sharp eye for detail to our planning efforts.
