1. Introduction to the Unbridled Charitable Foundation
The Unbridled Charitable Foundation (UCF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that creates unforgettable experiences to support causes that matter. Through premier events such as the Unbridled Eve Derby Gala, Halfway to Derby, and the Derby Prelude Party, UCF offers selected nonprofit beneficiaries a platform for national exposure, donor development, and strategic relationship building.
Since its founding, UCF has helped generate over $5 million in charitable contributions and tens of millions of dollars in promotional value through media coverage, celebrity involvement, and luxury social events.
2. Nature of the UCF Beneficiary Partnership
The UCF beneficiary model is based on strategic collaboration, not a guaranteed grant. Applicants should understand that:
- UCF’s value lies in high-visibility exposure, elite donor access, and media relationships—not guaranteed direct funding.
- Beneficiaries may receive proceeds from silent auctions, raffles, and fundraising, but no specific financial amount is promised.
- The partnership is most successful for organizations that are well-prepared to leverage media attention, social capital, and event engagement.
3. Expectations of Beneficiaries
Organizations selected as beneficiaries agree to the following:
- Attend and actively participate in UCF events throughout the year (November through October).
- Provide volunteers, assist in event ticket sales, and help secure items or experiences for silent auctions and raffles.
- Support UCF in areas including celebrity engagement, media exposure, and corporate sponsorship development.
- Designate a spokesperson and provide high-quality promotional materials (e.g., video, photos, logos).
- Collaborate on a strategic engagement plan with the UCF team.
- Actively promote all UCF events through their organization’s email newsletters, mailing lists, and official social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X). This includes pre-event announcements, calls to action, and post-event highlights.
- Coordinate with UCF’s communications team to ensure that all messaging is consistent, timely, and brand-aligned.
- Execute a formal written agreement that outlines all obligations and expectations (see Section 9).
