Unbridled Charitable Foundation Raffle Terms and Conditions 

By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of ticket purchase to participate. 

• Ticket purchases are open to residents of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and other jurisdictions, provided participation is not prohibited by local laws, regulations, or restrictions in your area. 

• It is your responsibility to ensure that purchasing a raffle ticket is legal where you reside. The Unbridled Charitable Foundation (UCF) reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchase that violates applicable laws. 

2. Sponsor and Beneficiary

• This raffle is conducted by the Unbridled Charitable Foundation, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky at 310 Blankenbaker Lane, Louisville, KY 40207. 

• All proceeds directly support the charitable programs and beneficiaries of UCF. 

3. Raffle Details

• Raffle tickets are available for purchase at $100 per ticket. 

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase. 

• There is no limit to the number of tickets you may purchase unless otherwise stated. 

• Ticket sales begin on July 8th, 2025 and end on November 1st or when all available tickets are sold. 

4. Prize

• The prize(s) for this raffle will be clearly stated in all related promotional materials. 

• Prizes cannot be exchanged or substituted, except at the sole discretion of UCF. 

• Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and any additional costs associated with the prize. 

5. Drawing and Notification

• The raffle drawing will be held on November 1st at around 4:00 PM Eastern Time. 

• The drawing will be conducted publicly in compliance with Kentucky charitable gaming laws. 

• Winning ticket numbers will be announced and published on www.unbridledeve.com/raffle. 

• Winners do not need to be present to win. 

• UCF will contact winners using the information provided at the time of ticket purchase. If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected at UCF’s discretion. 

6. Compliance with Laws

• This raffle is conducted under the authority of the Kentucky Department of Charitable Gaming. UCF’s charitable gaming license number is EXE0002763. 

• UCF operates this raffle in full compliance with all applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. 

• The raffle is void where prohibited. Purchases from jurisdictions where raffles are restricted or prohibited are void and ineligible to win. 

7. Limitation of Liability

• By purchasing a ticket, you release and hold harmless UCF, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising out of participation in the raffle or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. 

8. General Conditions

• UCF reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues beyond UCF’s control. 

• UCF is not responsible for lost, stolen, late, incomplete, or illegible entries or for technical failures or malfunctions. 

• All decisions made by UCF regarding the raffle are final and binding. 

9. Governing Law

• This raffle and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. 

• Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within Jefferson County, Kentucky.
